Wasim :
The hadith is authentic, but you’re misusing it.
When the Prophet ﷺ said every son of Adam has his share of zina, and then mentioned the eyes, ears, tongue, hands, feet and heart, he was describing the paths and portions that lead toward zina, not equating them with the actual crime of zina.
Real zina is unlawful sexual intercourse. That is the major sin (kabīra) that carries the hudūd punishment under the strict conditions of Islamic law. Looking, listening, speaking, or even desiring is not that. These are sins and they bring a person closer to the real act, but they are not the same thing.
When people like you keep calling every glance and every conversation “zina,” you flatten the scale. A person who is already watching haram, saying haram things, and entertaining haram thoughts starts thinking: “I’ve already committed zina in every way, so what’s the difference if I just go all the way?” That is how you make the actual major sin easier, not harder.
Stop turning a warning about the approaches to zina into a claim that everything is already full zina. The distinction exists for a reason.
