I was 6 when I watched my mom give birth. Very traumatic. She lost so much blood. I thought she was dying. Had to do a lot of therapy when I got pregnant. Please please don’t make your kids experience this…

I don’t want an epidural because you can’t get up and walk around they’ll make you lay down the entire time. It sucked. Plus I could feel where the baby was and when to push with no epidural. With my second baby I had the epidural and it sucked. Couldn’t feel anything. Couldn’t walk around or go in the bath. So for my 3rd I’ll definitely not be doing the epidural

Ladies, there is NOTHING wrong with epidurals 🥰 this is a choice and getting an epidural doesnt make your birth any less amazing and beautiful. Women are AMAZING through EVERY birth😁 This is a wonderful video of support and love. ❤️

I’ve birthed 5 of 7 of my children without and epidural and they were such empowering births (last 3 were VBACS). Love seeing a momma accomplish a goal!

Honestly it‘s so important we teach our boys to respect and appreciate women and what women go through bc they wont have that lived experience. They learned even more that day that women are incredibly strong and that can only be a good thing!
