The link is in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com🥰 • ingredients for 8 balls: 1 cup high-protein cottage cheese (200 g) 1/3 cup peanut butter (80 ml) 1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml) 1 teaspoon vanilla paste/extract 1 cup almond flour (240 ml) 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (80 ml) Pinch of salt • 3 oz. 80% dark chocolate (85 g) Flaky sea salt • 1. Blend cottage cheese 2. Mix all the ingredients together. Add 1–3 tablespoons of almond flour if the mixture feels too sticky after mixing 3. Roll into 8 balls 4. Place them onto a plate lined with parchment paper 5. Freeze for an hour 6. Dip in melted dark chocolate. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top and enjoy 7.
