I am not saying it’s ok, but he’s a KID, his body is a KID, his age is a KID. The only thing he kept was memories, unfortunately a lot of anime’s make shi weird, but it would’ve been weird the other way around if he was reborn and a kid n he was trying to go for 18 n up as 12-15 year old. Would yall have called it out then? Do yall call out in other anime’s when the lead woman or main women casts go after the MC who’s 12-15 years old? Genuine question

Rudeus is a deeply flawed and broken human, what we see throughout his story is growth. We see him get the life he never had in his previous world. He gets to grow up with loving parents, he gets to make mistakes and he never runs from them. He fucks up a lot, personality wise he is a shitty person for a long time. He grows into someone that can be respected. Someone who is there for his father, for his mother, for his sisters, for the friends and family he has made along the way. He doesn't go the easy route he works for everything he has, and he works to ensure those around him have the support to become their best selves.

I first watched it when I was a lot younger and it was a newer anime. I tried to rewarch for the new season and I couldn't stand it. trying to watch it as an adult disgusted me.
