It isn’t “TikTok” that is paying us, it is your ability to convince people to buy a product from YOU, right NOW. If you aren’t building a personal brand and trust, you are essentially warming up the sale for someone else. If they don’t buy from your video, they’ll see another ad from another creator and end up buying it from them instead because they were more convincing. The algorithm will retarget people with another video if they show interest in a product until that person either buys or swipes past in the first 2 seconds. Thats why sales psychology, urgency and personal brand are important. So is promoting good products. If you are trying to promote a product that hundreds of other affiliates are, and not making better videos than them- you’re probably not gonna make any sales. If you’re promoting cheap products that nobody really wants- you’re probably not gonna make any sales. You need to focus on finding high-value products that aren’t over saturated and make really good content with them, and building trust with your audience. If you aren’t doing that, you are essentially wasting your own time.

If you’re not making sales, the first thing you should do is look at your videos from the buyer’s perspective. Would your own video stop your scroll and make you interested in buying? And I’ll tell you, I’m not buying anything from an AI video. I’m under 10k and I make sales everyday and enough to make TikTok Shop worth it.

Yes, it took about 10 months to get there. I am Not making huge money but enough to make a difference in my life. You need to learn your craft. Learn about camera settings and study different methods for making videos. Study the videos of successful creators. Learn about Tiktok Shop by connecting with others here..especially those who might be a higher level. Learn how algorithms work. Do EVERYTHING tiktok says to do. If they recommend samples, order from that list. If they keep pushing you to go Live, do it. Join every campaign. Do NOT post anything but shoppable videos on your account. Open a separate account to scroll...otherwise, you will confuse the algorithm.
