another L, convictions are the best days we can go on. the "we don't know how many" is the problem, it doesn't win your argument. we don't know how many crimes are committed and never reported, since we don't know about those crimes we don't know who committed them. there are plenty of crimes that do happen, and are never solved or never result in a conviction, this data could change the dynamics of everything. and while there can be skewed data it happens for all races, there are articles out there about minorities being arrested, charged and convicted of crime and being marked as white. the data can be skewed for some many different reasons, but it is the best data we have to go off of and per capita narrows it down to the population to see if there are over representation
