@easyeatingfortinytummies: It doesn’t get much easier than a dump & bake 🤷🏼‍♀️ Boursin Meatball Bake 😋 Serves 4-6 You will need: • 400g pasta • 1 carrot, grated • 1 small courgette, grated • 80g frozen spinach • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 400g Swedish meatballs • 1 Boursin cheese • 500ml passata • 500ml chicken stock/broth • 2 tbsp mixed italian seasoning • 30g grated mozzarella • 20g grated Gruyère (or cheddar) Add all ingredients excluding the mozzarella & gruyere into a large oven dish. Mix to combine, cover with a lid or foil and bake in the oven on 180c fan for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, top with the grated cheeses, then return to the oven for a further 8-10 minutes.
