It tastes like blue cheese. if you don't like blue cheese like I do not then you will not like this. if you do like blue cheese then it's way cheaper than blue cheese while having a stronger taste than the cheaper cheese.

Moldy tofu like this doesn't taste like cheese. It just tastes like regular tofu. It's really just a gimmick.
