To me it seems the world has gone insane, why would someone hate on one of the victims. He lost everything in a matter of a little more than an hour, I hope he can move on and find some happiness after such a tragedy

the foundation that my beliefs are standing on is the fact that Redington brought up that email patrick sent from the surface pro. Bringing attention to that in front of the jury could only serve 1 of 2 possible purposes, one of which hurts his client. Questioning Patricks time line will only do one of the following... 1. Support premeditation since she couldn't have possibly accounted for the extra time 2. Create reasonable doubt to whether or not she even did this. Give the current public opinion on her given the nature of the case... I find it hard to believe he would even entertain the notion of getting her a full acquittal without something that would change the public opinion enough for her to be free. The alleged affair doesnt necessarily matter... unless Redington has proof he had one and she wasnt aware. which NO ONE knows yet and wont know until he presents his case. Im not basing this on that. There are SEVERAL inconsistencies within his testimony as well. THOSE matter. a lot. and i could detail them at length but at this point, I'm really starting to think it wont even matter. I appreciate the opportunity to be heard (again) but I literally want to scream at the people spreading crazy, ridiculous theories and weak low level arguments. because the logical ones suffer since we're effectively silenced.

I honestly think people are just looking for someone else to blame. I still believe Lindsey is responsible but at the same time I think there are some questions that Patrick should answer, but I do not think he is responsible for what happened to his children.

I honestly don’t know. There are things people point out that don’t make sense. I don’t necessarily think they were a loving couple and I don’t doubt he was having an affair. Work meetings in NY and then moving there 4 months after to then ending up with the woman you marry down the road is fishy but I’m not saying he did it. I think people failed her. I feel worst for the kids of course but I hope she’s put in a mental institution and not prison if she is found guilty.

if the prosecutors could prove beyond a reasonable doubt she committed the acts of strangulation 3 times over, they would not have dropped those specific charges against her, but they did, likely for fear of a jury hung on that specifc charge or appeals later..kinda relevant and important. If I were a prosecutor, I would want to prove that pretty important charge to ensure guilty on the person who committed the act itself. now they really don't have to tie anyone specifically to the physical evidence. and jury likely doesn't know those strangulation charges were dropped

Regardless there is still reasonable doubt that Lindsay did. We don’t have to prove that Patrick did it to not have proved beyond a reasonable doubt that she did.
