I had the chance to check out the media preview of @sixtyvines at @theshopsatlacantera, and the food, drinks and atmosphere made for an awesome experience. Sixty Vines officially opens in San Antonio on August 10, 2026! 🎉 The concept is known for its 60 wines on tap, served fresh from sustainable kegs instead of relying on traditional bottles. It’s a unique approach designed to reduce waste while giving guests plenty of wines to explore by the glass. And even if you’re not really into wine, don’t worry. 🍸 Their cocktail menu has plenty of options too! The food was top-notch. We tried a variety of dishes, and the menu has everything from charcuterie boards and shareable plates to salads and pizzas. For the main course, options included: 🥩 Prime Steak Frites 🐖 Pork Chop 🐟 Atlantic Salmon But save room for dessert! The Olive Oil Citrus Cake is definitely worth trying, and the Caramelized Cheesecake was way too good.
