The go-to woman for real estate in the Metro Atlanta area. The Real Estate Lady. I had to first BE her. This was me in 2014. At the time, I was still working my full-time job as a property manager while preparing to step into real estate in a completely different way. And here’s the part people may not know: I got my real estate license in 2007. But I went directly into property management. I didn’t sell my first house until 2015. Think about that. And becoming her wasn’t always glamorous. I was ALWAYS in the car. 😂 Always talking to people. Always going Live. Always educating somebody about real estate. I shared what I knew. I answered questions. I talked about neighborhoods, homes, the market, buying, selling, relocating—all of it. And I did it over and over and over again. That’s how I grew. I would literally have multiple clients looking for homes in completely different cities at the same time. One client here. Another client 45 minutes away. Then another one on the other side of Metro Atlanta. There were days I spent 6–7 HOURS in my car. Driving. Showing houses. Talking to clients. Answering questions. Going Live from the car. Educating people about real estate in between appointments. So when those first listings started coming in, I was SO excited. Because it meant something was changing. People weren’t just trusting me to help them buy a home anymore. They were trusting me to sell theirs. And that felt BIG. And I was still out in the field, sourcing properties and new construction opportunities for my clients that had some GREAT deals! 🔑🏡 This was the year it really hit me that I wanted to increase my average sales price. I closed over 35 houses, and while I was grateful for every single closing, it was SO much work and so taxing on my body. I knew something had to change. I needed to make some changes in how I was doing business. This is when I started doing more elevated marketing & branding shoots.
