Once you get in, open a command prompt and run (without the quotations) ‘sfc /scannow’—this is the system file checker, it will let you know if there are any corruptsystem files—and ‘chkdsk /r’ to run check disk to see if there are any hard drive issues. You can also look up DISM commands to check and restore OS health as well. There are a couple of things that can cause user profile issues, but TikTok comments isn’t the place for that discussion. Google can help decently with the AI assistant on search now.

I have the same laptop and it’s like 7 years old now. Take off the back cover and clean all the fans. Reapply thermal paste if you can. If that doesn’t work try factory resetting it, if a factory reset doesn’t work it’s a hardware issue not a virus. I’m not sure what omen specs you have but it could be the ssd (what loads everything aka the hard drive)

turn off the laptop and turn it on and when the windows logo appears turn it off from the button, do this until windows recovery appears and there should appear recovery go to advanced options, troubleshoot then advanced options, then start up repair, if this doesn't work then safe mode is the second solution, it's definitely not a laptop problem tho it's a software issue

i recommend everyone buy an electronics screwdriver set before figuring out laptop issues then open the bottom and brush out dust, lowkey this may work, clear the cooling track cause I can hear the fans are loud and its just turning on, thermal paste replacement could be one thing, also go get it checked

I had that issue windows 🪟 11 HP Laptop 💻 el cheapo and I thought 💭 oh shit. I originally paired it with my phone 📱 as that's what windows 11 wanted and if by luck though. I had to put in a new password 🔑 and just put the original back in. now working again
