Been increasing volume like crazy. Btw I understand you can grow with lower volumes and recover quite easily to progress, but the whole point of maximizing progress is attempting higher volumes to see what you can handle while still minimizing fatigue to progress accordingly. Sure low volume provides the same stimulus of mechanical tension, but why not try to do more even if the returns are diminishing (since theyrenot zero). Shoot for more fr.
