Your plantar fascia isn’t the problem, it’s the one carrying the load when your calf and toes stay stiff. That heel stab under your foot often starts because the toes never learned to move on their own, so the band underneath does all the work alone. Here’s the routine: 1. Toe isolation, big toe down while the others stay lifted 2. Band resistance on the toes, 8 to 10 slow rounds 3. Ball roll under the arch, 2 minutes (a frozen bottle works too) 4. Calf stretch against the wall, 30 seconds 5. Single-leg raises, 8 slow reps Do it daily. Ease off anything sharp, tender is fine.
