your decision to buy him a modest mower is the right decision. he isn't running some pseudo commercial operation supporting his family as an ~8 year old. it's basic and light enough for him to handle, and should definitely serve his needs. if he builds up some clientele as he gets older he should upgrade to the super recycler.... better prosumer model and onwards and upwards. can't wait to see the reveal

Sir…your lawn mower reveal video popped up for me today which sent me to the others to see the backstory. I am a daughter of a man just like you, he would help any kid that showed up in his garage asking for help and also teach them a thing or two along the way. Do I know anything about lawn mowers… no… but I watched every video and wished I’d listened to all the garage knowledge my dad used to tell me I might need to know about someday when he is gone…. He was right. Thank you for letting me know there are still kind neighbors out there doing things just like my dad did years ago!

That family is going to appreciate you helping them with the extra money from the GFM. I am not a fan of GFM because they take a nice chunk of the money. They took a lot out of the one I set up for my nephew. He has Crohn's disease and a very rare form. He spent his childhood in hospitals.
