I pack them by laying them flat inside. If I take more than one, I put one over the other. Laying them flat facing me and stuffing them with other clothing items. I roll my clothes up and put them inside the blazers. When that’s done, I fold the sleeves of the blazer over everything and zip that part of the suitcase close. This way they won’t wrinkle, don’t get folds in the fabric and keep their shape.
