Cheesy Beef Taco Cups Ingredients * 8 small flour tortillas * 1 lb (450 g) ground beef * 1 small onion, diced * 2 cloves garlic, minced * 2 tbsp taco seasoning * ¼ cup water * 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese * Cooking spray or melted butter Optional Toppings * Sour cream * Salsa * Diced tomatoes * Chopped cilantro * Jalapeños * Avocado Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Cut each tortilla into 4-inch circles if needed, then press them into a greased muffin tin to form cups. Lightly brush with melted butter or spray with cooking oil. 3. Bake the tortilla cups for 5–7 minutes until they begin to crisp. 4. Meanwhile, cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease. 5. Add the garlic, taco seasoning, and water.
