I don’t get why some bus drivers do or don’t allow people on the bus. I’m a bus driver and I seriously could not give a flying fuck who get on and how they get on as long as they don’t cause me or anyone else on the bus any issues they can pay me with magic beans 😂

one thing I always hated was when the bus app would load the e-ticket so slowly... especially if it was a stop I'd just ran to to not miss the bus... it would always load so much slower and I felt so bad. and now Firsts new app seems to load even slower with their new logo thing it does on startup... 😂

Real question, if you let someone on the bus without paying do you have to cover the ticket or something? A lot of the times I get on the bus and someone has like a payment issue or something they just get let on for free

If someone hopped on the bus without paying (let's just say in this scenario you let them on) and then they got off without paying and they went to get the bus again only this time they had money. What's your procedure? Just got me thinking...

genuine question cause I know your the best to ask, but arriva drivers have all started asking for ID for under 16s, what can they use? im from southend and 2 14 yr girls nearly got refused bc they had no 'proof' yet the lady refused their school emails literally showing theyr in secondary school???

Happened to me a few times and always showed the ticket on the way off and sometimes when my phone died after work they understand as I usually have a day rider 😅
