there's a reason that the police officer changed his official story from blowing down the street to careless driving because he saw the evidence of you doing nothing illegal and it's hard to fight a careless driving ticket even with video proof this is why you don't present video evidence to police at the time of the traffic stop because then they can alter and lie even further
