A little reminder for the people who felt the need to comment on my body instead of celebrating this moment: I have a naturally curvier build, this is my 3rd pregnancy in 3 years, and I hadn’t seen these friends in months. It was actually pretty easy to keep this surprise because my friends aren’t the kind of people who make assumptions about someone’s body❤️Your size does not tell you someone’s health, their story, or whether they’re pregnant. And commenting on a stranger’s body with that much confidence is a pretty strange way to spend your time. You truly never know what someone may be struggling with. And for those making assumptions about my friend who stepped away…she already knew (was the first to know besides my husband), helped me plan the surprise, and was genuinely happy for us. Please don’t create a story about someone you know nothing about. After these 3 babies are born, there will be 10 babies between us all - we are all so very blessed🤍 I shared this because I was happy. I’m proud of this body, proud of this baby, and grateful for this moment. The fact that some of you chose to turn a joyful announcement into an opportunity to criticize a stranger says a lot more about you than it ever could about me❤️
