Hey love! If the seat was installed correctly this would not be an issue. Check the manual and maybe it will allow what looks like extra head pads to come out. You haven’t done anything wrong but the seat isn’t right. No judging here, just want baby to be comfortable and ride safe!

This is the most genuine and unattacking comment section and OP has lost it. 😭 The head slouch happens if the seat recline needs to be adjusting or if the shoulder straps are too loose or too tight.

Head slouching in a car seat is normal and not cause for concern. This is extremely dangerous and will also void your car seats warranty if you were in an accident
