@itsabiribrahim: The biggest lie we’ve been told is that Arabic is foreign to Africa. Evidence have long shown that ancient Arabs emerged from the Red Sea world where West Asia and northeast Africa had been connected for at least 100,000 years. Even Arabic belongs to the AfroAsiatic language family, whose origins most scholars place in Africa. So when did modern borders turn “Arab” and “African” into opposites? The full version and resources on my substack. Link in bio 🔗

Do you think people simply started speaking Arabic around 700 CE? Arabs existed as a distinct people for thousands of years before Islam and before the Quran was written. The Afroasiatic language family also predates Islam by thousands of years. Its origins are generally placed somewhere in Northeast Africa or the Levant.

As a Christian/Jew, this makes complete sense since I believe Arabs are descendants of Ishmael, son of Hagar, an Egyptian woman. It's not far-fetched to believe that she also could've been a descendant of East Africans.

So what is your point. How about the Hebrew word “bin” . Languages are live organisms, they evolve, they borrow from each other, they adapt etc..linguistic studies have shown that the word for mother and father are the same in practically every language for thousands of years
