Now you get the whine and I slowly dance the whine. I use this whine for several if not all my videos. What sets this dance apart is the flexibility and body control you have. I have noticed that most of us move the legs more than your waist. The waist is its own muscle in dancing. I want you to start the waist whining slowly, just as seen in the video. Maintain the same posture and dance position, tiptoes, arch and whine down. If your waist isn’t as flexible, go for a walk, head to toe exercises, stretch and do some squads. The movement is regular moving your waist round on you hip. Slowly up and down as shown! . When you get the technique you can whine as fast and slow and up and down.
