AIRFRYER PIZZA TOASTIE KEBABS My cheese & ham toastie kebabs have had a little pizza makeover… and I’m VERY happy about it 🍕 And yes, some of the cheese will probably escape… but honestly, that’s not a problem. Once they’ve cooled slightly, just separate the kebabs and push all that lovely melted cheese back around them. Problem solved 😂 🍕 Serves 4 🔥 Air fryer: 170°C for 10 mins 373cals | 19g protein | 26g carbs | 19g fat Ingredients ~ 8 slices of small sandwich bread 8 slices mozzarella cheese 12 pepperoni slices Pizza sauce 1-2 eggs Method ~ *Cut the crusts off the bread and spread one side with pizza sauce *Layer up bread, cheese and pepperoni, keep repeating the layers till you’ve half the ingredients (you need to make 2 stacks) *Cut into quarters and top with a final slice of cheese and thread 2 layers onto a skewer, and dip and beaten egg *Airfry on 170C for 10mins, don’t worry if some cheese oozes out, once they’ve cooled slightly, just separate into 4 and push the melted cheese around the kebab!
