All the SuperCups have only been around since the 80s. The Community Shield has been going since 1908 and has a rich history of being a 'friendly' - from Amateurs vs Pros, to sharing the trophy, to Champions (like Arsenal) declining participation because they were busy... you can't scrub that history with a name change, just because some fans/teams want that extra number on their trophy wall to mean something...
