Yes, m= 1/3 and that is the only solution because both 1/27 and 8/27 are between 0 and 1, so as m increases, both terms decrease continuously and their sum can equal 1 at only one value of m.

I reasoned that m must be equal to 1/3. My starting point is that the cubes of 1, 2 and 3 are 1, 8 and 27. The cube roots of 1, 8 and 27 are 1, 2 and 3. And the sun of 1 and 2 is 3. Hence m is equal to 1/3. Working it mentally does not take as much time and space compared with the writing.
