(March and March Perspective) Operation Ubuntu brought civil society, traditional leaders, and activists to the streets of Gauteng – calling for an end to xenophobia. But here's the question South Africans need to ask: **Who's fighting for OUR citizens?** **What they're demanding:** 🔴 **Opposition to the PIE Act amendment** – they say it marginalises vulnerable groups 🔴 **An end to "xenophobic attacks"** – but is every enforcement action an "attack"? 🔴 **Solidarity across communities** – but solidarity with who? **Here's the reality we see:** 🔹 South African citizens are struggling. Our unemployment is over 32%. Our youth are desperate. 🔹 Illegal immigration is straining our resources – hospitals, schools, housing. 🔹 Crime, drugs, and hijacked buildings are destroying our communities. 🔹 When citizens speak up about these issues, they're labelled "xenophobic." **The marchers say:** *"We cannot treat other human beings with brutality."* **We say:** *"We cannot treat our own citizens with neglect."* **We support:** ✅ Enforcing our immigration laws ✅ Protecting South African jobs ✅ Securing our borders ✅ Holding criminals accountable – regardless of nationality **The police commissioner said:** *"Citizens have the right to march peacefully. We will act where criminality occurs."* **That's what we want – law and order for ALL.** **Where is the march for South Africans? Where is the solidarity for our communities?** **We stand for justice – but justice for everyone, including those born here.** **Share if you believe South Africans must come first. 🇿🇦✊** #MarchAndMarch #SouthAfricaFirst #EnforceOurLaws #ProtectOurCitizens
