So any restaurants you go to if a menu shows GF for gluten-free then you will be fine but grocery shopping usually grocery stores if you go to like Wegmans if you can live near Wegmans, they have a gluten-free aisle but if you shop at one that does not have a gluten-free aisle products will have GF on the packaging

Yesss Whole Foods has amazing options (amazon too bc they are same brand). The brand feel good foods is fully gluten-free and has amazing Fun options. Trader Joe’s has great options. Sprouts (a little bit more expensive ) but great options too. A lot of Italian restaurants will have gluten-free pasta, and many Mexican restaurants have corn based taco shells just let them know your preferences.

I’ve been keto, gluten free, sugar free until I finally landed on carnivore. With the amount of energy I have now I’m never going back! My inflammation and anxiety have come way down to almost zero. Stick to whole foods in general and it is a lot easier

I’m gluten feee and there’s so much your able to have, chick fil a has the grilled nuggets, most restaurants you can ask them for a gluten friendly menu or if there are any way they can make something gluten free. There are some really good gluten free snacks, they make gluten free cookies and pastas, I’m sure you’re still able to have most of your normal meals. One piece of advice, check your spices, some will not be gluten free and could be an issue down the road.
