I’ve been on it for more than a year. For sleep and anxiety and allergies. I stopped taking it for 2 weeks and my body got so itchy! Once I took a dose. It went away.

I've been taking it for like 3? ish years for sleep (and MCAS and anxiety secondarily) I would like to get off it because it does dry me out and slow down my already slow digestion and cause constipation. What would you suggest to replace it?
