Long before I started sourdough, I made these up for my youngest to take as his lunch. They had access to a microwave so, if he didn't want it cold, he could zap them. I had several things that I would make ahead of time so they were ready to go. In the morning, he'd just grab what he wanted from the freezer and, by lunch, they were thawed.

Just for fun, put half a scoop in each well, top with some cheese and another half scoop. Finish the same way you made these. Copycat Crazy Puffs, like Little Caesar’s.

When your are making the sourdough do you measure by grams or not? I’m looking to find recipes that do the traditional not the grams. These look great! Gonna try them
