I worked IT as well but once everything is set up correctly. There is literally no issue with network. Only maintenence like printers, licenses, payments, firewall, sharepoint cleanup, file server clean up, user Microsoft issues, thats it.

I did my own Homelab and found out IT is Crazy thing.. so many companies don’t really teach you what you want u Must found how to master Everything about IT.. Firewalls,VPNs,VMs,Windows administrative Tools(AD) and all other operating Systems. IT is amazing field to and Complex job. Not as easy as it Seems. Basics isn’t like the real IT World 😂😂😂😂

You'll learn we have to wear so many hats its insane. I got colleagues who received a ticket about clogged toilets once. People really think we can do it all (which we can but we wont 😭😂)

always the printers, when i was doing my OJT every single day a printer has a god dang problem. fyi i was assigned to a hospital and printers are on evey floor and the IT department was at the 3rd floor💀
