Momma knows. I was fortunate enough that both my parents were amazing. My dad has been gone now for 17 years but mom is still here. Im going to be 43 in October and it's amazing how much smarter your parents get the older you get.💯

You do you, at your pace. if the people that you work out with are worth anything, they're not going to judge you, they're gonna cheer for you to finish. that is something that I learned doing crossfit, i had back issues so I went at my pace, so I did not reinder myself, and if I was the last one doing a set they were all waiting cheering me on and clapping at the end! you got this girl, keep going!!
