Left Missouri during an excessive heat advisory and went to Zambia where it was 75- 80 with zero humidity and 50 degrees at night ❤️It's autumn there and it was gorgeous. I was jetlagged for a week...give yourself grace and time friend 🥰

I’ve had two sinus infections and hay fever due to allergies/mold issues in my area. Spent two months congested. First day I could breath some what normal without medication I cried. 😅 Defiantly take it for granted sometimes! I hope you’ve gotten some relief! 🥰
