So, I hope everyone realizes that your SS all depends on your salary all through your years of employment...I'm more in line with the oilfield guy, working 43 years in the Power industry.

63yrs now, been on vacation since December 2024(turned 62yrs) got my #18 SS ✔️two weeks ago, 2nd RETIREMENT, 1st RETIREMENT 22yrs ago @41yrs old (20yrs us.army 🪂) plus VA and 401k, zero stress, zero BS, zero regrets,,,,God is good......."YOLO" solo vives una ves, enjoy it 🇵🇷

At 62 if you make over $200K a year they take pretty much every penny. At 67 I can still make my $200 K and get EVERY penny of my $2200 a month.

Bad info. Drawing at 70 is 124% of your FRA. But anyone who can afford to stop working and wants to stop at 62 should.

I capped my eligible earnings many years ago. I’ll cash out at 62 with a lot more than what this graphic shows. Life is too short to work longer than you need to

anyone who makes more salary than social security is not counting your yearly salary for those years! if you will get more on social security than salary, sure retire at 62
