I make sourdough and I use organic glyphosate free as well as imported Italian flower. We don’t have any trouble here with that.

I've been buying flour milled in Italy for almost 3 years and make most of our own bread products. every now and then I eat at a restaurant or cave to a craving and my digestive system takes 3-5 days to get back to normal afterwards

I thought I had a gluten allergy but turns out it's the yeast which was never a problem but in my 50's I started having sensitivity to almost everything I eat and smell and it just keeps getting worse.

i ate bread all my life and now over the last 5 years, I get sick, bloated and instantly sleep for a couple hours after 1 sandwich. i don't eat bread anymore as a result.
