Whatever you do DONT use AI to evaluate your relationship because it will reinforce ways to build a relationship without limerance being among the possible factors.

Now that I understand my adhd and limerance as well as RSD, it is helpful, but that object of limerance is my coparent, so I have no escape...so frustrating to know yet have to face them and make decisions with them constantly. And yes, I do grey rock, but it doesn't help.
