I am glad I watch TikTok’s made the last couple of days as I fly on Wednesday and was going to pack my sleep apnoea machine and my medication in my suitcase I will not be doing that now

My flight was delayed just shy of 3 hours. Sat in the plane for an hour, by which time the email came out saying we could get food and water but we were on the plane. that's the first problem. second problem is that I arrived to get my hire car, now after midnight and have to pay €75 extra. Do I claim from my travel insurance or go after Ryanair?
