it's wild to judge someone because of this lol. You do not know what's going on in someone's life and most changes in perspective are not expressed externally— you wouldn't know. And just because you saw growth within yourself doesn't mean others are not growing and if you truly expanded your perspective then you would understand them and feel like you're above them.

maybe be patient and check up on them in the next 10 years. there’s a reason why people ask “how do you see yourself in the next 5/10 years?” instead of 2. 730 days looks different for everyone and perhaps not even long enough for a big change for some. Let’s remember true human diversity happens when we embrace neurodiversity and we have different paces.
