next time you find your self saying “why doesn’t anyone want to work anymore” or “it’s hard to find good help these days” rewatch this video. There’s plenty of work out there so people have options. You could’ve had the same conversation in a different tone and you wouldn’t be getting flamed like you are in the comments. This isn’t leadership.

I said I couldn’t find something once in the tool trailer as a grunt. We were building a line in Carlsbad Nm. Was 110 that day, foreman made me take everything out of the tool trailer and rearrange it. It was a semi trailer btw😂

It's not being soft not tolerating disrespect. Had to be talked to like that in the Military and that's one thing, but out here in the civilian world people apologize real fast when you ask them to step off the work site to handle it.
