Malligators Rule :
If they have a reasonable suspicion to detain, there is no issue. I detain with cuffs many times. If the pare t comes out and causes a scene. The parent goes on disorderly and I will find out if the kid has probable cause to arrest. A yelling parent never gets the kid a pass.

Abnormal movements and responses are the cause sometimes. The kid is probably just weird and goofy like a lot are and it caught their eye. I was stopped at 15 walking to work at 4:30 in the morning once and didn't give no sht.

I bet the cops were there for absolutely no Reason and saw a young black man bringing his trash out. So they decided to racially profile him and arrest him for absolutely no reason. I'm sure of it. No reason they probably just seen him. And he was black and the cops were white, so they had to arrest him.. or maybe we should wait Until we can understand why they arrested him. Maybe just possibly there's more to the story....
