because I'm an atheist sometimes I get scared because what if it literally just ends and it just black and that's it. but then what if an afterlife exists but because I didn't believe in it I go to hell or sum shit. I don't wanna go to hell. it feels like no matter what you think of it always ends up being bad lmao

I know you said you’re not religious, but when I turned to Jesus my whole perspective of death changed. The Lord promises if we turn to him we are promised eternal life in heaven. With him we can spend the rest of eternity with paradise.

I am very religious and believe in an afterlife, a very good afterlife at that, and I have struggled with this my entire life. I’m super weird about death and I’m glad I’m not the only one!

Something I heard recently was your energy lives forever. Not in a superstitious way, energy literally can never be created or destroyed so when you think about it existence in the form of life is just a ‘break’ from eternity

I've struggled with this idea since 9, but i really started to get scared almost a year ago when my grandmother died. I realized just how little time I have left before my own parents die. and how one day my beloved best friend will die, or she will lose me first. it really is scary. even the idea of an afterlife doesn't comfort me. because it still means i probably won't see my loved ones again

My OCD started because of my fear of dy1ng. Like i couldn't go out on the streets without imagining me dy1ng because of something irrational that is not probable to happen at all. And i don't understand people that say that they dont fear d3ath because how could you not fear it if you don't know what's going to happen after? I'm so scared of it just being not existing.

forget religion, but the simple fact that u do exist means its possible to exist again, i never understood ppl who think u only get one like ur not that special "yea ur exact config is but so is every single choco cookie ever baked but there all still cookies at the end of day" there trillions of life forms on earth idk the % that can exp like a consciousness but its =< 100% so its alot alot , i mean yea u and that personality sure but the ability to have a suit and observe again thru some form of exp seems not only likely but inevitable, plus if u cant exp nothing than u probably cant b nothing forever.
