محمد وعلي🌹 :
What about the fact, That when a woman inherits her parents, her husband has 0 share or right over her money, when she marries her husband has 0 rights over the Mehr money, But the woman has complete rights over her husband's money. Compare that to a man, whose wife has rights over the money he inherits, he has no right over the money she earns prior to the marriage, She has right over the money he had prior to the marriage? What about the fact that when a brother dies, his brother inherits him, if the second brother dies, the money goes to the mother. Do you see any man complaining that he has no right over his wife's inheritance, he has no right over her mehr, he doesn't get the inheritance back from his children? Under marriage, a woman is not obliged to spend her money on her children, the father is obliged to spend money. With all due respect to you, women at the time of the Prophet did not have jobs nor did they desire such modernist equality. Islam is designed to create a balance in society, If you have a balance with 2 plates, one is heavier than the other, you wouldn't put the same amount of bricks on each plate in order to balance it.
