😅You tried babe, you TRIED! Maybe have a chat with the coach? They could see if the parents would be okay with someone setting up a phone on a tripod or something so that you can take the kids but watch live from the car when the pain is this bad? It surprises me how accommodating and empathetic people really are when you’re open about what you’re really capable of. I cried whilst doing a product return for my dad after I went to visit him and found out the $700 coffee machine I got him for his 70th bday was a dud, but he thought he was just terrible with technology. It had been a full on visit, solo with my toddler and with too much stimulation - I was in so much pain at the time and hobbled into the store with the return. Immediately had someone notice my movements and ask if they could help, I explained I have chronic pain so they took the return and I immediately got served…by a guy I went to primary school with, WHO RECOGNISED ME after 20yrs and his manager hugged me because all I could say was “i’m sorry, i’m in alot of pain and Dad’s unwell, his partner is unwell, everyones been in and out of hospital in the last month AND HES TIRED, we all are really but 😭😭😭 THE MAN JUST WANTS A GOOD COFFEE!!”. They were all so friggin lovely in that shop and did the return with no hassle! 😅 I WAS SO EMBARRASSED but
