as the youngest in the house i used to always experience this. since i was 5 or so i used to go into my two brothers room and ask to play with them while they played together and they always have been kicking me out even when i just wanted to hang and sit quietly..this treatment went on for years until one of my brothers left for college and so i used to think to my self “huh my other brother is probably alone now i should try spending time with him” but the treatment stayed the same. instead of hanging out with me, he’d rather text or call his friends which is okay i guess but i was never a choice for him..years later he got his license and got to college so he’s almost never home to hangout with or even available to call. even now when both of my brothers have graduated, we never really interact unless we really have to..i am now 17 years old, about to enter college and nothing has changed..we may be brothers by blood but when i think of a brother i dont really think of them, but i think of a friend that i’ve known since i was a kid whom i consider my best friend til this day and i’m forever grateful to have him even tho we rarely hang around at all..this kind of experience crushes my soul every time i think about it. please for all the elder siblings out there, spend some time with your younger siblings before it’s too late..they need it more than you think. 🤍

my brother will always play video games with me, he taught me how to play the new spiderman game and i will never forget that. he passed away 2 weeks ago and whenever I pass his room I think abt all the times we have played video games together. we had to celebrate his birthday without him (his birthday is August 28) and I couldn't because I miss him so much... and my birthday is coming soon ( Sept 10 ) and my brother will always take me to hotpot on my birthday. I really miss him so much. 😢
