Why would you tear down this absolutely gorgeous building? There’s so many wonderful features with the high ceilings all the way down to that amazing stove. This is worth investing in. People are so easy to forget the history, but LA has some of the most beautiful houses in the country. Fix them. Don’t tear them down!
