I completely relate to this. When my son was 6 months old, my mother-in-law tried to kiss him with a cold sore on her lips. When I stopped her to protect him from a dangerous virus, she accused me of doing it on purpose to alienate her, telling me, 'I raised three children, I know.' It is so frustrating when you are just trying to protect your baby's health and people take basic medical safety personally.
