Oh my gosh this is so me. I cry while eating, while taking a shower, or just basically while doing anything. As long as my mind is blank, all this negativity comes gnawing at me. Which is why I prefer to watch or listen to music/pod casts whenever I do something, to keep me distracted. Cause if I won't, then I'd end up crying nonstop😶
