ALSO, i don’t recommend “remoisturizing” throughout the week with grease. Your hair will feel better if you use water + a leave-in conditioner & thats it. (Maybe a lightweight oil like jojoba or argan to seal if absolutely necessary)

Sorry if this is a bad question but I recently cut my hair to a low Afro after years of relaxing. Whenever I wash it I feel like my hair doesn’t really shrink like everyone else’s does and it makes me worried that my hair is damaged. Is this just a patience thing and that I should wait for my hair to get longer to notice a difference?

I have half the hair and if i don’t use DOUBLE that goop it’s all getting eaten up and absorbed 5 seconds into touching 15% or my hair. To a point im debating to try to blend/liquify the magic stuff to get more out of less and better absorption. If my hair is wet at all it dries lighting fast like 3 mins from just air.
