Your definition basically requires both parties to proactively share ANY personal information that might arbitrarily be a dealbreaker for the other. This is just transphobic and so weird like I get the hesitation to tell someone you are trans if you aren’t fully transitioned but it would make no difference if you were using this logic if you were white passing or looked like a different race then you were then you had sex with someone without telling them then by your logic that’s also rape or if someone said they were taller than they were etc it’s just an excuse to be hateful
