Genuinely the only time I've seen tiktok accurately diagnose a medical problem based on a few seconds long clip with next to no other context, it was a baby who very clearly had rickets. And no one ever asks followup questions like "are you having any other symptoms, or is that the only one?" and then they jump to the least obvious zebra answer 😂

Yep, my diagnosis was correct. “Weird position” = OP. It makes a weird B belly. Bandls ring happens during labor. 🙄 I’m a midwife, and I’m tired. (Of Google, of TikTok, of people making diagnoses based on chatGBT)

Ya’ll criticizing for misdiagnosing are wild. I’d be grateful for people drawing attention to something that could be very serious. I know this isn’t about babies but… My fiance had mild symptoms that kept getting brushed off. Woke up one day unable to inflate his lung. 1 hour later, he was diagnosed with a mediastinal mass. A MASSIVE tumor in his chest cavity. He was 23yrs old then, now 26. Two years in remission this upcoming 15th!! So while you guys hate internet doctors misdiagnosing, it’s one of the world’s greatest tools that’s taken for granted. Just be grateful people are wrong! There are documented times they were right!
